01The service
EtiquetaPro calculates and prints expiry dates, records deliveries, production, temperatures and checklists, and keeps that history organised for the kitchen and for inspections.
02Food safety remains the business's responsibility
The system is a support tool. Suggested shelf lives, temperature ranges and checklists are cautious, editable starting points; they do not replace the person responsible for food safety, the HACCP plan or the applicable law (in the EU, Reg. (EC) 852/2004 and Reg. (EU) 1169/2011; in Brazil, RDC 216). The business must check and adjust every shelf life, range and allergen, and decide on discarding food.
03Account and access
Whoever creates the company account is its administrator and is responsible for the users they register. Keep your password secret; every action is recorded with the name of the person who did it.
04Plans and trial
New accounts start with 14 days of the PRO plan free, no card required. When the trial ends the account moves to the Basic plan automatically, with the limits shown in the system, without losing data. Prices and payment methods of paid plans are stated before any charge.
05Fair use
You may not use the system for unlawful purposes, try to access other companies' data, overload the service or bypass plan limits.
06Availability and data
We make daily backups and work to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or third-party failures. You can export your data at any time.
07Closing the account
You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
