01Who creates the account

Only the parent/guardian creates a real account in Kids Quest — the email and password used at signup always belong to an adult. The child's profile lives inside the parent's account; the child never creates their own account and never provides an email, phone number, or any contact information directly.

02What data we collect

From the parent (adult)

Name, email, and password (stored encrypted, never in plain text)
Parents-area PIN (stored only on the device, never sent to our servers in plain text)

From the child's profile (entered by the parent)

First name and, optionally, date of birth
Game progress: completed missions, level, coins, day streak, chosen character/companion, current world
No contact information is collected from the child — no email, no phone, no location

Usage and diagnostics

Basic technical information (device model, OS version, crash reports) used to identify and fix issues
Aggregated usage data (which screens are used most), never identifying the child individually

Purchases (if you subscribe to Premium)

Subscription status is processed by RevenueCat and the app store (Google Play/App Store). We never store credit card details — those stay entirely with the app store.

03What we do NOT do

No ads are shown
No data is sold to third parties
There is no chat, social network, or any form of contact between users inside the app
We do not track the child across other apps or websites
We do not collect the advertising ID for child profiles

04How we use the data

We use the data only to: (a) make the app work (save progress, sync across devices), (b) let the parent track and manage their children's missions and rewards, (c) fix bugs and improve stability, and (d) process subscriptions, where applicable.

05Where data is stored

Data is stored with Supabase (cloud database, protected by per-family access control — no family can ever see another family's data) and locally on the device itself (the app works offline).

06Parent's rights

At any time you can: edit or delete your child's profile, export the data, or request full deletion of the account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below.
